A return request submitted after the 30-day period may be declined unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or applicable consumer law provides you with additional rights.

Please do not send a product to our business address without first receiving return authorization and complete return instructions from our customer support team. 2. Return Eligibility

Customers must use the return method authorized by CharmVerse.store. Additional costs resulting from expedited shipping, premium delivery services, unauthorized couriers, packaging services, customs arrangements, or failure to follow our instructions may not be reimbursed unless required by law.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error, the item is defective, or applicable law requires reimbursement.

5. Return Packaging and Customer Responsibility

Approved returns must be packaged carefully to prevent damage during transit. Whenever possible, use the original shipping box, protective wrap, product packaging, and inserts.

If the original outer shipping box is damaged or unavailable, use a strong replacement box with sufficient cushioning. Do not attach shipping labels, adhesive tape, or markings directly to retail packaging unless instructed to do so.

Until a return is delivered to the authorized destination, the customer is responsible for following the provided instructions and keeping proof of shipment. 12. Personalized and Custom Products

A personalized product may remain eligible for a remedy if:
